Privacy notice
This page explains what happens to the information you give us when you use the contact form on this site. It does not cover our products, since none of them are live yet. When Networks and Devices or Software Products move from in development to available, this notice will be extended to cover them.
What we collect
The contact form on this site asks for your name, a phone number or email address, which of our areas you are interested in, and a message. We only collect what you type into that form. We do not track you around the web and we do not buy data about you from anyone else.
Why we collect it
Solely to reply to you. Your name and contact details let us get back to you on the same channel you used. Your message tells us what you are asking about. The "interested in" field helps the right person on our small team see it first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to respond to you and follow up on the conversation. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we remove it after a reasonable period of inactivity rather than keeping it indefinitely.
Who sees it
Only people at EWUS Technologies who need to see it to reply to you. We do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers, data brokers or any third party for marketing purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies, does not use a chat widget and does not store anything in your browser's local storage. Where a visit counter is enabled, it is a basic, privacy friendly counter that does not identify individual visitors and does not use cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. To do any of these, email us at support@ewus.in with your request. We will confirm once it is done.
