These terms cover use of this website, ewus.in, published by EWUS Technologies Private Limited. They do not cover any product, since nothing on this site is available for purchase except Technology Services, which is covered by a separate engagement agreement signed directly with a client.
The site itself
This site describes what EWUS Technologies is working on. Items marked "in development" are not available, have no confirmed date, and may change or be discontinued before release. Nothing on this site is an offer for sale unless it is explicitly marked available now.
Using the site
You may browse this site and use the contact form to get in touch with us. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content through the contact form.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and up to date. Since several things described here are still being built, details may change without notice. If something here is wrong, tell us at support@ewus.in and we will correct it.
Intellectual property
The EWUS name, logo, and the text and images on this site belong to EWUS Technologies Private Limited unless stated otherwise. Product names mentioned here, including ewusOS, Vanij and Zindsa, belong to us.
Technology Services engagements
Technology Services work is agreed separately with each client in writing, following the process described on this site. These terms of use do not replace or override any signed agreement between EWUS Technologies and a client.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
